        We need to apply BODMAS rule to solve the equation.. which is

                              M     -      Multiplication
                              A      -      Addition
                              S       -     Substraction
we need to follow the above Priority to solve      

     9-3(1/3)+1   =>      9-9+1                           (Assume 3/(1/3)  =>  (3/1)/(1/3)    => 9/1  =>9
